At least 3 years of Web and mobile product management experience in the consumer space.
Very high attention to detail, and ability to combine form and function.
Experience in gathering product requirements, defining consumer interfaces, and interfacing with a strong engineering team.
Should be able to comprehend business deliverables and get relevant sign-offs from respective stakeholders.
Ability to produce mockups, sequence diagrams, DFDs etc. for product definition to interact with tech team.
Strong technical background and preferably a programming background: comfortable with HTML, and APIs
Takes Ownership of the product and Oversee and manage the product on daily basis.
Ability to own the product roadmap w.r.t. upcoming releases.
Continuously tracking and monitoring the product and preparing benchmark report on the same. Update management with periodic status report.
Collaborate with usability and technology team to develop a deep understanding of customers, identify gaps in core product functionality and help build right set of features and track adoption for same
Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed
Ensure PRDs, flow diagrams and wireframes are properly translated to live site and drive problem resolution once new features have gone live.
Provide analytics based insights to help marketing team optimize marketing spends
Champion customer satisfaction by working with customer support team, oversee customer grievance resolution and trouble shoot in case of escalations
Work with various support teams (technology, design, marketing, contracting) to manage operational issues such as fulfilment, external partner relationships, legal and other compliances and customer conversions.
Drive customer conversions and increase customer delight via system interventions as well as impactful contacts/leads management.
