The ideal candidate will be a product management professional with good understanding of applications of Big Data analytics, have expertise in managing enterprise software products, be willing to explore new approaches and have excellent communication skills.
The Product Manager will be the product owner for Expression DnA and lead the definition of the platform with a focus on application use cases for our mobile operator customers. The applications can range from enrichment of mobile advertising with CRM data from the operator database, targeted promotions for operator or third-party services, credit scoring etc.
Product management: Develop and articulate compelling product vision, value proposition and product roadmap. Manage detailed definition of new product features in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria. Coordinate development and release activities with product development organization. Manage product and release documentation.
Product marketing: Develop product and solutions collateral such as whitepapers, datasheets, website, product videos and presentations working with Corporate Marketing.
Sales enablement: Develop and deliver product training and assist sales in showcasing product capabilities, communicating the value proposition of Expression DnA and developing customer proposals.
The Product Manager will work with cross-functional teams such as: Sales, Marketing, Expert Services, Legal, Finance and Customer organisations to get products to market.
The ideal candidate shall be comfortable with the concept of data-driven decision making and Big Data analytics with experience in managing a product that either used Big Data analytics or delivered such analytics using Big Data sources.
The candidate must have an iterative mindset to develop the product/market fit for Expression DnA and be able to articulate the benefits and ROI from a customer perspective.
Candidates must have the following work experience mentioned below:
8+ years of experience with minimum 5 years in one or more of analytics, CRM, Data Warehousing.
Experience in managing and marketing software products preferably serving B2B customers.
Experience in working within an Agile development environment.
Technical background with ability to communicate effectively with technology teams.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to handle ambiguity.
Excellent communication (English) and influencing skills.
Experience in mobile marketing or mobile advertising.
Understanding of telecom network or OSS/BSS infrastructure.
Experience in working with geographically distributed teams.
