It is up to the Product team to drive product innovation aimed at sustaining aggressive growth targets weve set for ourselves. A Product Manager is the CEO of her/his product. S/he is responsible for success of a product which entails understanding and meeting client (internal & external) expectations. S/he is the owner of product through its life-cycle and plays important role in molding its vision and roadmap. On a day to day basis s/he manages releases, gathering requirements, analyzing, prioritizing features and working closely with design, QA and engineering to deliver a world class product that upholds company values and strategy.

A Product Manager is required to:

1. Define the product strategy and roadmap

2. Elicit, analyze and prioritize

3. Work closely with the engineering teams to ensure timely launch and high product quality

4. Publish MRDs and PRDs with analysis of business, competition and product features in detail

5. Be an expert in his/her domain and display the ability to think ahead of the curve

6. Have high levels of passion and commitment towards tasks at hand

Required experience and knowledge

1. Minimum of 4 years of overall experience mostly as Product Manager, preferably in e-commerce or the consumer internet domain

2. Demonstrated success in defining and launching high quality products

3. Should have excellent analytical and problem solving skills

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

5. Bachelor's degree in technology, MBA preferred

6. Should be a team player who has a passion to work in a start up to eventually build a world class platform

7. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

8. Must be open to travel for short work related trips
