Role & Responsibilities
Understand the user's needs, business cases, understand customer problems & Painpoints and come up with product solutions for these.
Lead cross-functional problem solving efforts to improve efficiency of various teams resulting in better customer experience.
Conduct user research, data analysis and requirement gathering to create PRDs.
Work closely with engineering team to prioritize releases and technical implementation.
Defining & measuring product metrics, improving product quality & customer satisfaction.
Working closely with top management to build a product roadmap aligning with business strategy.
