The main purpose of the role is to design a comprehensive product marketing plan which includes establishing business plans, competitive strategy development, pricing analysis, sales/revenue forecasts, product launches in market, analysis of distribution/channel issues, and inventory management.
Role includes coordinating product plans and activities with a wide range of internal staff such as sales and marketing services. Equips the on field team with critical data by continuous analysis of competitive information and recommends product enhancements or developments.
Develop effective marketing strategies to capture market share and significantly increase annual sales
Monitor sales and marketing activities, controlling related activities like sales analysis, sales monitoring and marketing.
Execute with key customers projects for market development and business model innovation
Liaise with hospital CEOs, admin and technical staff on these projects.
Understand referral pathways and therapies to gather insights and propose customized solutions for market development.
Be comfortable with using digital technology and IT in developing these market development solutions.
Draft quarterly Communication Plan, discuss marketing initiatives with team, organize new product launches
Review monthly product report, resolve all complaints in order to retain and satisfy customers for overall business results and growth of the company
Provide monthly inputs on current trends in business after data interpretation
Plan training and awareness programs in coordination with Training specialist for present customers and prospective operators
Supervise training and awareness programs, incorporate feedback for the improvement in the programs
Liaise with PR team to create awareness in order to enhance revenue generation and enhance company's image as a preferred healthcare destination in the region
Analyze current growth patterns, identify target products, benchmark against competition, estimate product segment demand
Act as SPOC for the new clinical data about the products. Train the sales team on the same
Visit Key customers with the Sales team in order to resolve the queries of customers on the prSoducts
Desired Profile Experience and Knowledge:
Exposure to Product Management in Pharma / Device industry.
If MBA from a premier Institute, work experience of 6 8 years.
For other Institutes, it should be 8 10 years experience.
Currently should be in a Product Management role.
Bachelor in Science / BE in Biomedical Engineering
PG degree in Business Management
Candidate with highest qualification as Diploma or degree from Distance education not to be considered for the role
