Drive sales engagement by providing necessary support: create sales tools, internal promotional schemes, sales training, competitive analysis, channel engagement plan, commercial policy etc; develop MOS with the sales team for effective support.
Drive business analytics in terms of monthly sales & profitability reports, competition tracking, key market trends and data to recommend tactical strategies for improvements.
Track market and competitors information on regular basis and provide regular inputs and develop actions based on the same.
Experience of customer segmentation, Product Pricing and Gross margin management for product lines.
Experience of product portfolio management
Experience of New product Introduction, Product Phase in and Phase Out
