8. Planning & implementing strategies
9. Technically very sound since he/she has to train Zonal teams.
10. Must have hands of experience of product management in terms of pricing & packaging initiates also.
11. Sales forecasting & budgeting
12. Must have strong convincing power/Awareness creation
13. Hands on with promotional materials like banners, hoardings, pamphlets, leaflets, brand mascot etc in terms of supporting their design, proof reading and communication PAN India level.
