Back ground :

Banks Internet banking channel is one of the largest Internet Banking channels in the country with over 12 million registered customers. This channel provides a platform for customers to access their Bank relationships online. Currently, customers can conduct a whole host of activities like online fund transfers, Online Bill Payment and Online Direct Debit.

Key deliverables :

The role requires the candidate to manage bouquet of Digital Products: Bill Pay, Quick Pay, Quick Shopping Prepaid Mobile Recharge, Fund Transfer and Receive Fund for

Bank Internet Banking and other digital channels. As a part of the role, the candidate would be responsible for the following metrics:

Transactions through Internet Banking
Revenue earned on Internet Banking
New customer acquisitions for products on Internet Banking.

As a part of the role the candidate would be involved in the following broad type of

Product Management:

The candidate is required to manage a portfolio of Bank customers who carry out transactions through Internet Banking
The portfolio management activities would be aimed at increasing the portfolio through activating new customers and win-back and attrition management of existing customers
Additionally, candidate would be required to increase transaction frequency of the portfolio.
Candidate would be required to implement a thorough Customer Lifecyle Management Strategy to maximize portfolio and revenue

Marketing Management:

Candidate would be required to strategize and implement marketing offers and engagement properties that are timely and relevant to the customers for increasing engagement in these products.
Candidate would be required to liaise with merchants, Merchant Alliance team, Marketing & Webmaster teams to execute planned offers and properties
Candidate would be required to design, track and implement monthly customer communication calendar with the Marketing team.


Candidate needs to jointly design and implement SEO and SEM activities to promote marketing offers and properties in partnership with Marketing and Webmaster team
Candidate needs to analyze website pages and implement SEO changes to maximize page visits, page views and clicks
Project Management:
Candidate needs to be proficient in project management skills and should be able to deal with multiple functional teams such as Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Alliance, Brand teams etc.
Candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them so as to ensure completion within required time lines
Candidate should be able to work with technology team of Merchants and Bank.
Industry Knowledge and Thought Leadership:
Candidate should be aware of the happenings in the Industry
Candidate should have the ability to generate fresh ideas on offer construct and promotion

Key skills :

Minimum 2-3 years experience, preferably in digital products/ marketing/ product management experience.
Focus on generating new ideas and innovative product approaches
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
Excellent project management skills - ability to manage multiple projects at once
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence others
Understanding of technology
Passion for digital commerce
