Develop and enhance offerings by harvesting IP from relevant opportunities, customers and market data
Specific responsibilities include:
Gathering requirements from customers, sales, service delivery and operations and driving ongoing prioritization of service capabilities.
Develop detailed personas, use cases and functional /non-functional and technical requirements to communicate these needs to engineering
Experience building and or operating in a SaaS environment for enterprise customers with specific reference to ERP andor CRM
Experience with software development lifecycle methods (e.g. waterfall, Agile / scrum) and typical process steps
Technical aptitude and attention to detail
