Job Description

Candidates are expected to shoulder joint P&L responsibility along with the Biz.Head.
Ability to learn complex business very quickly, define problem accurately while paying attention to detail.
Ability to think Data, Analytics& Management at the same time.
Ability to multitask & work on diverse range of requirements & proactively interact with cross functional teams.
Should be a high energetic individual who brings varied perspective to the table & not accord to traditional thinking.
Should be good @ analyzing data into simple form, so as to present & structure the insights/recommendations of the analysis to Business Head & Senior management in a coherent manner.
Design & champion e-commerce Analytics work/process requirements to ensure better service deliverables.
Proactively identify Analytics tools requirement for e-commerce business.
o Should be able to provide decisions sciences support in the online portal space.
o Predictive Modeling & Analytics
o Segmentation & Risk Analytics
o Time Series Analysis
o Search Advertising/Market place analytics
Marketing & Loyalty Analytics
o User engagement/experience Analytics
Vendor Performance& Scorecard Comparison.
Design & evaluating-customer lifetime value models

Good to have exp in Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros, SQL. Skills in SAS/R are an added advantage.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
A MBA Graduate with 3-8 years of experience in a medium or a large scale health care industry.
Self-motivated, flexible and has the ability to work independently, with strong ethical standards.
Adaptability and flexibility to facilitate change while meeting multiple demands and priorities of a challenging position and workload.
The demonstrated ability to create databases for improved decision-making, departmentally and organizationally.

Internal Customers: All Department Heads at Call Health
Internal support departments (HR, Finance, IT, Facilities, Business Development)
External Customers : Govt Liaison Officials, Vendors and service providers
