Reporting To Head Product Liabilities, Fee & Business MIS
A. Position Purpose
Establish, drive and co-ordinate the strategy, execution and priorities to deliver growth for Current Accounts across Business Individual & Entity Customers, Alliances ensuring that we fulfil our potential and realise the significant revenue and operating profit growth opportunity that the segment represents.
Develop Customer Value Proposition, service and relationship management experience that is distinctive, market-leading and scalable.
B. Position Responsibilities
Sr. Key Responsibilities
1 Product Ownership
Responsible for Current Account (domestic) across the Bank
Special Accounts like LOBO, FCRA,
TASC and bundles
2 Segment Ownership
General/Prime & premium segment, specific industry verticals like IT/ITES, Leather.
Develop and grow specific offers for the business segment
Responsible for Product Benefits & Pricing Plans covering Business Banking segment
Servicing plan for Business clients in conjunction with the Customer Service team
Implement acquisition programs for Business banking
Activating sources of leads to achieve business targets (digital, marketing campaigns, alliances)
Ensure frontline is supported with adequate marketing tools.
Plans and conducts special sales initiative and events for prospective and existing clients.
4 Deepening strategy
Implement customer full life cycle program
Deploy activities to activate, build balances and deepen client relationships
Prepare localized offers and campaign scripts
Use portfolio insights and analytics to enhance client engagement effectiveness and efficiency.
Drive cross sell and up sell in the base - Fx activation, CMS, Lending and family banking

No. of clients acquired and total base
CA Balance sheet (growth across NTB & ERV)
Products per client and product penetration
Revenue Contribution by Segments
Excellent knowledge and relevant experience in Product Management, client segment and/or analytics
Analytical and strong numerical skills
