Should have at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience of sourcing both Hard and Soft FM Services
Candidate who handled projects globally is preferred.
The position is responsible for leading, managing and supporting sourcing of facilities management related products / services on behalf of the company.
Provide strategic sourcing leadership for Facilities & Transport Services managed by company.
Supply development and procurement of material / services for housekeeping, electro-mechanical, catering, pantry, courier, office supplies, transportation, conference rooms, pest control, horticulture services etc.
Develop annual procurement plan in consultation with global team and client and deliver on annual targets for savings.
Negotiation and agreement of costs/fees, contract conditions and SLAs.
Assist with the standardization of contract forms and statements of work and service levels for FM service contracts.
Client or Service provider experience in Corporate Real Estate environments
