To ensure all incoming trainees have effectively learned the subjects covered in fresher and bridge training programs and be proficient in all areas required to perform the job of a transcriptionist/editor independently.
To appraise trainees on a regular basis and communicate with trainees & managers on trainee performance levels.
To develop and implement development programs for trainees, to bridge gaps, when required.
To assist in constantly upgrading and developing training modules for fresher and bridge training.
To meet training numbers per training calendar and operation's requirements.
To establish standards and processes through appropriate data analysis, brainstorming, and customer feedback.
To ensure quality protocols are followed strictly and achieving the required training discipline.
