Job Responsibilities :
Handle independently water treatment project from Process Engineering side.
Leading a group of Process Engineers for preparation of technical proposal, Basic Engineering Package & commissioning.
Shall have sound knowledge about Membrane base technology (UF and RO) specially, TTP and desalination.
Prepare and check calculations for all aspects of the WTP (hydraulic, chemicals, power consumption, etc)
Preparation of Technical proposal for WTP and closing the technical bid by attending pre bid and post bid meetings with consultant and client
Preparation of Basic Engineering Package and getting approval from the client post order.
Meetings with Clients/Consultant.
Internal Review Meetings
Planning/Execution of Engineering Activities for department as per Project requirement
Co Ordination with various departments viz mechanical, E&I, Civil, project, procurement etc.
Approval of documents from Client/Consultants etc.
Coordinate with site team to ensure compliance of installation and commissioning works in accordance with statutory requirements and design.
Willingness to travel extensively all over India and overseas.
Should be well conversant with latest national and international codes and standards used in EPC business, especially TTP and desalination industry
Well conversant with MS office
Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Chemical)
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Membrane base (UF and RO) Water treatment plant dealing in proposals, BEP and commissioning.
Experience in waste water treatment plant design/operation is an added advantage
Should have handled at least 7-8 projects independently from Process Engineering side.
Should have worked at least on 2-3 mid size Desalination Plant.
Willing to travel or relocate overseas/any other place in India if required.
Desired Profile :
1. Candidate should be from Desalination background.
2. Mandatory requirement - Candidate Should have experience in tendering,Design, commissioning and team handling.
3. Candidate should be ready to relocate to Pune.
