This role is responsible for establishing, managing and growing Guidewire CoE. Actively manage CoE utilization, manage training and skill development, manage certifications and provide leadership.
Work with global sales teams to penetrate and win Guidewire implementation and support projects.
The person needs to demonstrate high level of leadership qualities and deep experience on Guidewire Insurance Suite is a must. Must have hands on experience of working on at least two large implementations.
Person needs to have at least 5 years of experience on Guidewire products Policy Center, Claims Center and Billing Center. Should have lead teams and experience of project management and global delivery models is mandatory.
