*Developing profitable and productive business relationships and liaising with General Insurance and Life Insurance companies.
*Looking after audit requirements as per the regulatory guidelines and filing reports to the regulator and partner insurance companies.
*Looking over the regulatory and other financial parameters required to be observed for insurance sales
*Managing the marketing programs, conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional strategies as a part of brand building.
*Ensuring compliance with respect to all guidelines as set by the regulator
*Ensuring that all the formal agreements are in place with the partner insurance companies
*Monitoring due diligence in regards to the training requirement of all the employees of the organization.
*Assisting the management in drafting, implementing, executing and monitoring the sales strategies and models
*Handling the distribution of various business lines as delegated by the management from time to time
*Ensuring that appropriate loss ratios are maintained across all lines of businesses
*Driving the business with the desired top and bottom line as set by the management
*Managing the PR and marketing activities of the organization and representing the organization in various forums.
*Assist the management during the performance appraisal of the teams by setting up the performance standards and monitoring them on a timely basis.
*Leading, training and monitoring team's performance to ensure efficiency in sales and operations and simultaneously setting up the new operations and sales processes.
*Provide sales reports to the management and present the same in various budget meets.
