Negotiate with clients resulting in a positive revenue stream for the business.
Meeting Business Development KPIs; marketing calls, client meetings.
Responsible for revenue generation as per the targets.
Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact, visits and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all times.
New client hand holding by ensuring service levels are met with expectations.
Handling client escalations & resolving it within TAT.
Ensuring Client satisfaction and Client retention.
Review of service quality with client.
Sourcing and Screening the Candidates as per client requirements.
Developing and managing candidate pool.
Attracting new candidates via networking, internal database, job portals, references, Headhunting & campus.
Maintaining call cycles for selected pool of candidates .
Maintaining relationships with both sourced and placed Candidates
Candidate Management during recruitment process and after selection.
Monitor online portals and incoming emails for new job opportunities.
Arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking client and candidate feedback.
Supervised time management (weekly).
Proper usage of IT Tools.
Responsible to lead his team.
Responsible for overall productivity of the team.
Retention, Development and Career planning of the team.
Incentives, Reward, Recognition, evaluation and training are conducted for his team.
Coaching and guiding team members to do their best and sharing feedback at regular intervals.

Build plan for workforce supply and demand.
