Job Description:

This position will independently handle the business of Certification and executive development program. The position reports to the Chairman who is a global authority in Project Management.
Job involves strategizing for growth, building contacts at CXO level, expanding the certification portfolio and creating SOPs for efficiently growing the business across national boundaries. Conceptualizing public and in company programs formats and ensuring delivery by identifying the right speakers and training organizations. Appointing channel partners or business associates would be an inherent part of delivery strategy.

Qualifications:

MBA Marketing Must
BE/BT would be added advantage
The candidate should be essentially MBA Marketing from premier institute preferably from IIM. BTech / BE would be added advantage.

Experience & Skill:

* 25 + years of experience with excellent track record of growing business profitably
* Should have good Project Management practical experience.
* Should also have proven marketing track record.
* Should be able to manage delivery effectively
* Persons from executive development program experience or Training and Certification industry experience will be preferred
* Identifies and interfaces at the CXO level, with prospective customers.
* Independently run the business in entrepreneurial manner
* Facilitates in the formulation of Strategy for growth and profitability
* Ability to plan, strategies and execute independently.
* Ensures achievement of revenue generation & turnover targets.
* Ensures optimization of the efficiency and cost effectiveness of sales expenditures and programs.
* Should be meticulous in program execution
* Should have good understanding of market.
