Reporting to the CMD, the President will head all sales & marketing, business development, in-licensing, loan license operations, contract manufacturing, supply chain, overall profitability of the company etc. He will also head all other departments like finance & accounts, administration, human resources etc. International marketing experience would be an added advantage, though not insisted upon. In-depth experience in dermatology segment is highly desired.
Graduates with an MBA/PGDM in marketing management with 20-30 years experience in sales & marketing of branded formulations in the Indian market, who are holding the position of President / V.P/ G,M-Sales & Marketing with a reputed pharmaceutical marketing company may apply. The candidate has to be very dynamic, a proven, consistent breaker of records in sales & marketing, who is capable of shouldering heavy responsibilities. Must have extensive experience in dermatology segment.
