The Consultant provides pre-sales support and he/she works in close cooperation with the Practice Directors.
As a pre-sales Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support for sales opportunities and delivery of functional and technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops/seminars and proof of concept systems that demonstrate the business analytics solutions and positively impact sales opportunities.
In this context, we are looking for an individual with deep functional and technical knowledge of the Servicenow in complete.
You are expected to possess or acquire a complete understanding of, and address questions, clients solutions, products, competition, implementation, services and training during sales situations. You are also expected to assist in the timely closure of sales opportunities by effectively executing plans developed in conjunction with sales and technical team members involved in the account.
