Must have a proven track record in the development and delivery of differentiated custom solutions and presentations, including technical concepts, to key decision makers to address their business issues and needs.
Must have extraordinary communication & presentation skills.
Should be able to give demonstration on the SFDC platform that specifically addresses the customer business needs or problems.
It has to be done in a manner that highlights an easy method to solve those needs/problems.
Consult with Sales team, Prospect/Vendor team, Solutions/Delivery teams or product manager to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed.
Uncover details of business opportunities or problems. Should have extra-ordinary analytical skills in assessing the customer requirements, business processes.
Hands on experience in the developing solutions in force.com. Design a deal winning Salesforce.com/Force.com solution to enable client's business initiatives to be realized.
Excellent writing skills and demonstrated ability to write clear concise materials within the required timeframe
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Request for Proposal (RFP) Involve in writing RFPs, technical support material according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology .
Solution/Proposal assistance Responsible for the business analysis and technical component of a sales/project proposal.
Consult with Sales team, Prospect/Vendor team, Solutions/Delivery teams or product manager to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed.
Marketing assistance Share market feedback with the marketing team and create technical documents that can be used as marketing collateral.
Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high quality work while at the same time; meet all deadlines for both internal and external customers.
