Job Description

IM CTP, responsible for presales functional & technical support to prospective customers.

Understanding of industry specific use cases and KPIs. Ability to deeply engage with business stakeholders on their requirements and 'art of the possible' discussions.
- Understanding of Master data management and data modelling fundamentals, and various architectural styles as they related to the Master Data landscape
- Hands-on knowledge of Building Matching Algorithms,Data quality , DAta integration, Java coding
- Development of effective proofs of concept - ability to put together a compelling storyline; expertise on design of effective BI workspaces with attractive visualizations and user experience
- Ability to comfortably articulate the value of MDM in the context of Data Governance and Single View of Customer
o develop and deliver high quality IBM MDM presentations and demonstrations matching product capabilities to customer requirements
o manage customer presentations, RFI/RFP's as directed *establish account presence and build trust with key contacts
o share responsibility for the account sales strategy with the Sales Representatives and broader sales team
o develop and manage reference sites
Share product/industry/competitive knowledge through internal presentations and white paper development with broader sales team
Supports the completion of RFP and RFI requests from potential customers. Produce high quality input to proposals, bids and tender responses
Participate and facilitate in-depth demonstration of product functions and features to customers
Strive to become an acknowledged expert by keeping abreast of new features and product releases
Able to engage with Field IM CTPs as required

Learns and maintains in-depth knowledge of IBM IM DM Pillar database solutions
Learns and maintains in-depth knowledge of IBM IM DM Pillar database competitive products and technologies
Analyses, and documents potential customers requirements and position IBM IM MDM Pillar solutions to address such requirements
Supports the completion of RFP and RFI requests from potential customers
Mentors more junior levels of IM CTP , Able to engage with Field Sales as required
Experience of 10+ Years in Master Data Management
Experience in Competitive positioning
Team Player with good Networking skills
