-AV Certifications in AV Industry (solution selling).(Extron / Kramer/ Beyerdynamic / AMX/ Crestron/ Infocomm) added advantage
-Should have fair knowledge in Acoustics and sound reinforcement tools.
-Should have adequate knowledge in AV-UTP architecture in Extron/ AMX/ Crestron/ Kramer etc
-Should have designed & Implemented at multiple AV Infrastructure solutions
Sales Target Achievement :
-Responsible for achieving yearly assigned Sales Order Book & Revenue Target
-Focus on working with all Business Partners to achieve assigned Sales Target.
-Support for regular pipeline reviews.
-Guidance to team members for achieving their overall Targets
-Managing Team Targets & Performance.
-Mentoring at least one person in the team for taking additional responsibilities.
-Drive Profitable Deals to ensure business stability & growth
-Manage margins & sourcing costs from Business Partners
