Job Description

Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
Lead the development and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of plans and programs to meet the goals and priorities
Continuously improve project management toolkits and methodologies used within Information Services and Technology (IS&T).
Provide expertise and consulting to project managers in the process of project management and in the softer skills of team dynamics, team building and group motivation
Ensure that the project deliverables are on time
Responding to clients queries in time and designing the database as for the client requirements
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to make independent decisions and delegate responsibility and duties
Ability to think logically in order to troubleshoot, to analyze the situations and to make appropriate decisions
Proactively shares expertise with others on the team
Contributes to the development of new business materials and presentations related to the practice area
Administers established guidelines for prioritizing work activities, evaluating effectiveness, and modifying activities as necessary
Works with direct reports to establish performance standards for work assignments, monitors work status and progress including goals and objectives
Develops staff through coaching, mentoring, rewarding, training, and guiding
Completes performance evaluations for direct reports on a timely basis
Commits to a focus on continuous improvement of workflow processes and procedures
Conceptualize & develop the business solutions / service offerings
Develop & execute the strategy related to analytics. Build and grow the business verticalDesired Profile12 - 16 Years in the Market research industry with Pharma business development, Database Management.
o Graduate / Post Graduate - B.Pharma/M.Pharm/MSC/Any other Life science background,
o MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM from a Premier Institute (Two Year full time course)
Familiarity with Databases and Reports, In- depth knowledge in the space of Pharma/Biotech
Ability to understand and Analyze Big Data Sets
Strong academic background showing both excellent qualitative and quantitative skills.
Having strong written Business English skills including the ability to structure written work for meaning and flow
Proficiency in MS Office tools
