Job Description

Profile Summary:

The Practice Director will majorly be responsible for leading, mentoring & managing a team of Customer Success Consultants focused on bringing customers live onto ManageMySpa platforms. The Individual will be working closely with sales and product teams to coordinate and execute the delivery of high-level solutions. This role would be focused on managing a practice, which could be specific for a region or an industry vertical and to help in building scalable policies and procedures. Thus leading a team of consultants who are engaged in ensuring that our customers are able to adopt our solutions effectively, and in helping them show real results in their business with our solutions.

Job Description (Major KRAs):

  • Work with enterprise customers to help them adopt ManageMySpa solutions to streamline operations and increase revenue
  • Analyze business and recommend operational and marketing strategies to help improve customer businesses and work with customers to demonstrate results
  • Develop and drive the overall practices for a particular geographical region
  • Work closely with regional sales heads and contribute in key pre-sales activities
  • Work with product management team to contribute towards addition of new customer focussed features in each release
  • Be the process champion in terms of execution of processes through the team.
  • Lead, manage and mentor a team of that will handle all consulting projects in a region or vertical
Educational Background Required:
  • MBA or equivalent and a 4 year degree in computer science, MIS, engineering or equivalent
  • PMP is an added advantage

Professional Background Required:
  • 6 - 10 years of experience in managing projects & teams of different sizes (small and large)
  • A minimum of six years work experience in consulting
  • A minimum of three years in managing teams in deploying enterprise software

  • Strong logical, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to interact with global customers 
  • Ability to lead a team effectively

  • Open to travel to customer locations on short notice, when required.
