Job Description

Key Account abilities and Responsibilities:
* Lead on supporting SharePoint across all locations
* Lead meetings and engage with clients to gather requirements, participate in business process analysis, educate on SharePoint functionality and develop additional knowledge management opportunities
* Accountable for the execution of day-to-day tasks assigned by  UK PMO Leader
* Accountable for monitoring & control of SharePoint environments
* Manages the established standards, procedures, and processes
* Administrator for collaborative sites
* Develop training, guidance and governance processes

Knowledge and Experience:
* Need a sound understanding of Knowledge and Information Management principles and be able to apply these to the SharePoint implementation to ensure that it meets the departments specific business needs.
* 3 year's experience with designing and managing SharePoint sites
* 3 year's experience rolling out SharePoint strategy
* Demonstrates a good understanding of Governance concepts and ability to ask appropriate questions to adhere to governance
* Confident and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and project team members regarding knowledge management concepts
* Ability to lead the execution of the key processes, identify improvement opportunities and lead the development of the identified improvement efforts
