Reporting to Delivery Head
Experience: 12+ years of experience in Project Management or Project Administration
Education: Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology or related technical field. Equivalent experience is acceptable
Proficiency in Project Management software systems, as well as, MS Word, Excel & Power Point.
Industry Preferred : Infrastructure Cos. (Hygenic Industry) Pharma/Biotec/Cosmetics, F&B , Experience in water treatment, process equipments & hygenic piping.
Develop and define project goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyze project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools.
Recommend and implement modifications to improve effectiveness and attain project
Plan, coordinate and monitor activities of assigned projects to develop and implement
procedures, processes and systems and maintain complete control on project documentation.
Develop detailed task lists and work effort assessment.
Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from all key players and team members.
Oversee schedules and risk management plans and provide advance serious-deviations
warnings hindering project results to ensure adherence to contractual delivery dates.
Identify changes in work scope in the project plan.
Prepare and present regular internal and external project reports for management.
Evaluate and analyze with team risks and issues compromising project results and
develop plans to mitigate them.
Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with
support from project team.
MS Projects, MS Office Software, Excel, SAP etc.
Cost estimating knowledge and experience advantageous
Have a full understanding of the flow and logistics needed for the execution of an EPC
Excellent multitasking and communication skills and a good team player.
Ability to work effectively in high pressure situations
Ability to think critically and use good judgment
