Job Description

Responsible for administering the companies Compensation Plans globally including the following responsibilities
Establish and communicate compensation planning guidelines
Lead compensation planning
Administer companies Short Term Incentive Plan including: employee eligibility, monthly Finance forecasts, managing and communicating plan language, calculating overtime payments, and processing payments to payroll
Process adjustments due to terminations/separations in accordance with established compensation plans
Process IN/US Classified job code requests
Partner with labor relations during labor negotiations
Manage overtime and shift premium payment compliance
Partner with Global Compensation COE to establish and communicate Per Diem rates and guidelines
Partner with plants and payroll to establish alternative work week requirements
Special assignments as required
