10+ years of PeopleSoft HRIS experience,
PeopleSoft experience with an emphasis on relational database management, report writing, and HRIS administration ,
5+ years of business analysis experience including the creation of functional requirements, testing, and implementation of technical solutions .
Strong PeopleSoft query and reporting experience, and knowledge of core HR tables required .
Previous experience as a functional member with mid to large scale HR technology projects for system upgrades, enhancements, and working with cross functional project teams .
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
Partner with PeopleSoft end-users and IT to test and resolve production support issues related to Payroll, T&L, HR, reporting, security, interfaces, and more .
Provide guidance, training and troubleshooting as needed .Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing HRIS processes, and develop strategies for improvement, or further leveraging the system for improved processes .Document and maintain PeopleSoft HRIS procedures, user documentation, system updates, and maintenance, including tax updates .
Maintain PeopleSoft foundation tables for multiple companies and Set IDs including department, location, job code, holiday, etc. Act as liaison between IT, end-users, and vendors for development, maintenance, and testing of processes and interfaces .
Partner with IT department, super-users, and project team members, utilizing both business process knowledge and HRIS system capabilities to capture new business requirements for resolution of business issues .
Create support documentation for enhancements and program changes .Create test plans, execute testing on system changes, and communicate results to stakeholders and IT to ensure proper functionality is delivered .
Assist with the creation of training materials and procedures for new and updated processes .
Understand and act as back-up for routine PeopleSoft security processes/changes, ensuring compliance with established security procedures and SOX controls .
Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and application of key technologies
