Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the payroll vendor relationships and vendor management.
- Build relationship with legal, FinOps Tech, compliance and regional payroll.
- Responsible for vendor selection in the assigned region and work closely with the Finance & HR partners.
- Documentation, monitoring & modification of the details within the contracts.

Experience & Key skills:

- Project management/ PMO experience managing large transitions/ transformation projects.
- Experience in procurement and/ or business finance related role.
- Excellent working knowledge of word, excel & share point.
- Contract experience including building work orders & master services agreements with vendors.
