- Assist in developing single C&B strategy for all Business Units.
- Study external market trends and benchmarking to assess peer industry group.
- Effective liaison with external agencies for market data. Initiate annual compensation benchmarking study across job levels.
. Relevant experience in creating onsite C&B structures and policies is a must.

MBA, MSW specialized in Human resources from reputed institute or university with min 7-10 Years experience in compensation and benefits.
