o New Employee Offer preparation and Negotiation. Act as a bridge between Talent Acquisition Candidate Business for all offers.
o Internal and External Equity: Prepare reports for Internal Equity and suggest corrective measures as and when required. Actively participate and seek external data for all positions across India.
o Responsible for overall payroll for all employees including outsourced staff. Includes transactional activities of collecting and collating of inputs, coordination with the vendor, validation and salary payouts.
- Statutory Compliance
o Responsible for all statutory compliance as per Shops and Establishments Act and Factories Act
o Study legislation, market, arbitration decisions, to assess industry trends.
o Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan.
- Talent Management
o Responsible for overall design, implementation, automation, communication, orientation and completion of the cycle.
- Annual Appraisal
o Design, Implement and execute the Annual appraisal process, including increments in collaborative participation with the business leaders.
- Variable Compensation
o Implement the incentive scheme in line with the corporate guidelines
o Ensure that the incentive schemes are communicated and implemented as per timelines
o Design Incentive programs aligned to drive required business behavior.
o Be the owner of the Human Resources Information system and its effective implementation.
Human Resources -- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
Law and Government -- Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations.
Administration and Management -- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Economics and Accounting -- Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data
