  • Proactively build a transparent relationship with Partners that drives value and maximizes the profit opportunity for both the
  • Establish trust and confidence between all Partners through regular and effective communication, delivering agreed tasks every time.

  • Continually look for new growth opportunities in each domain.
  • Responsible for building presentation decks and paper-work involved in deal closures.
  • Proactive in building recruitment talent bank of prospective Partners that have the vision, skills, experience and motivation to be successful.
  • Reduce Partner failures by staying close to the reality of business and reacting quickly and proactively with business support to the appropriate Partners.Good communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the consumer market.
  • Sound Commercial and Business Acumen Experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Delivers high standards of performance and delivery.
  • Develops and communicates a clear vision to succeed.
  • Resourceful and resilient.
  • Good team player with the ability to work alongside peers as well as with the ability to work independently.
