Proactively build a transparent relationship with Partners that drives value and maximizes the profit opportunity for both the
Establish trust and confidence between all Partners through regular and effective communication, delivering agreed tasks every time.
Responsible for cracking deals with
Restaurants/ Cafes
Production Houses
Start-Ups/ Companies/ Brands
Fashion Designers
Social Media Influencers
Youtube (TVF/ unboxing videos/ bollywood classroom/ tech geeks)
Banks/ Affiliate Partnerships for Discounts
Official Merchandise (DC Comic/Marvel/Disney)
Events (college fests/ music festivals/ marathon/ gaming tournaments)
Outdoor Venues (Smaash/ Adlabs Imagica/ KidZania/ Esselworld)
Shows (canvas laugh factory, pyjama nights with Veer Das)
Radio (contest prizes, RJ mentions)
Sport Events (ISL/ KKR/ Kabbadi)
Magazine features/ mentions
Continually look for new growth opportunities in each domain.
Responsible for building presentation decks and paper-work involved in deal closures.
Proactive in building recruitment talent bank of prospective Partners that have the vision, skills, experience and motivation to be successful.
Reduce Partner failures by staying close to the reality of business and reacting quickly and proactively with business support to the appropriate Partners.
