Job Description


-Is the first person responsible for the client relationship

-Lead and co-ordinate the engagement with the client and with internal stake holders

-Design, develop and deploy Customer acquisition programs across the partners and the banks eco-system online / offline / in-organic i.e salary and housing societies

-Co-ordinate with:

legal / compliance / brand / liabilities marketing / salary accounts / household / VB, PB, Wealth teams

set up and present updates to Seniors within the bank, periodically

set up monthly / quarterly meetings between business heads of both partners


Central & local FPRs, Marketing team, legal & compliance ( if need be)

Develop and implement the road map pan-India, specific markets, salary worksites and HH societies by being the thought leader

Review the progress every month with the client and update internal stake holders


Partner outlets : meet frontline sales personnel, administrative managers to understand and iron out pain points

Branches : meet CBMs / BMs and frontline colleagues to gauge on ground understanding and implementation.

- Co-Create R&R: as per HR guidelines of Bank, along with the partner,set up periodic MIS, run it across National / Zonal OR location around the store in association with the partner and with their budgets

Internal Dependencies:

- Primary : Marketing, Campaigns Unit and BIU every day

- Secondary : Channel, Segment and Brand launch and regular mobilization

-Tertiary : Compliance & Legal permissions and sign off

KRAs / Success Measures:

-Number of locations the partnership is live

-NCA: Number of accounts sourced / MAB in the accounts / Ticket size of RD

-ERV : Number of accounts with purpose driven RDs

Skills: Client relationship management, from the banking industry, understanding of Customer communication, number orientation. High on influencing skills.

In summary

Its a NCA & Book building role that takes complete ownership of the partners relationship.

Sets up a solid sourcing channel with products owned by both entities.

Adding sourcing points as well as surrogate resources that put us and the account holder face to face.
