This position shall be responsible for meeting the revenue targets assigned for the business by acquiring new online partners and managing the partner relationship on an ongoing basis

List The Duties And Responsibilities:
Acquire/ develop & manage large online partnership accounts (Sales and BD).
Need to manage sales pipelines, collections and payments
On time target achievement - there will be value based monthly/quarterly targets that the position holder needs to achieve
Need to offer solutions & services in terms of loyalty programs & CRM practices to partner
Understanding and documenting partner preference in terms of marketing, process, financial, legal and IT aspects.
Customize PAYBACKs offering for partners in order to meet key marketing KPIs agreed with partners
Work with PAYBACKs analytics team in order to provide relevant propositions for driving partners business goals
4 to 8 Years in Business Development and Account management. Ideally from Online media business

Skills, Abilities, And Competencies:
Should have a very clear understanding of the digital marketing space and the potential of world wide web with respect to brand marketing, sales, consumer interaction and clear understanding of the nature of services and solutions that can be offered on this medium
Be in tune with the latest online marketing opportunities
Should be good in making presentations and word documents.
Excellent communication skills. Should be able meet clients
independently to make presentations and proposals at CXO level.
A street smart attitude, with the ability to take charge of interactions, presentations and converting sales pitches into business
