1) Should have worked extensively on ESS/MSS forms
2) Should have work experience in workflow
3) Proficient in ABAP Workbench, Reports,Interfaces, Data Dictionary, Classes, OOABAP, Module-pool programming, SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, Interactive Adobe Forms, BDCs, BADIs Enhancement Spots, ALE/IDOC in HR module.
4) Good to have functional knowledge on HR Modules ( OM, PA, PT, ESS/MSS)
5) At least 6-7 years of working experience in SAP HR ABAP
6) At least one end-to-end SAP implementation experience
7) Able to translate functional specifications into technical design documents, provide estimates and deliver the desired functionality
8) Able to communicate effectively with team members and onsite managers both written and verbal
