The candidate will be required to work in the capacity of a consultant with minimum 7+ years of IT industry experience, including at least one end-to-end of Oracle Applications HRMS implementation.
Experience in managing day to day activities and liaising with onshore requirements/functions.
Extensive knowledge of Oracle Apps Design, Development and Implementation methodology.
Sound knowledge of Oracle Apps RICEW Development
Able to support and guide technical teams for resolution of issues
7-12 yrs of Exp in Oracle Apps in HRMS
Payroll (including fast formulas)
Oracle Time and Labour (OTL)
Extensive experience on Oracle forms, reports, PL/SQL, Workflow, Oracle API
Experience in Unix Shell Scripting
Experience of AOL framework, OA framework
Good understanding of R12's Multi Org Access Control and GL Ledger Sets.
Experience in BI Publisher and Discoverer.
Good oral and written communication skills
Excellent client management skills
Previous experience supporting and/or knowledge of Australian payroll legislation would be highly regarded
