- Learning & Development
- Talent Management
- Rewards/ Compensation & benefits .
- Consult with client, formulate and implement company wide HR policies keeling in mind the future growth prospects for the client
- The desired candidate should be a full time MBA qualified in a discipline such as human resources from the top tier college (IIM/XLRI/MDI/ISB/TISS etc.) with 2-8 years of post qualification work experience.
- The candidate should have excellent communication skills and people management ability.
