- Will be working in areas including HR assessment & strategy development, HR policies and practices, talent management (identification, assessment and development), leadership development, organization & HR design, performance management, learning & development, total rewards and employer brand management.
- Project Management & Business Development for the Human Capital Advisory Services group. Provide services in the areas of Talent Management, Performance Systems & Processes, Culture Mapping, HR Transformation, Total Rewards, Strategic Change & Organization Transformation.
- Conduct competency based interviews and psychometric assessments
- Conduct top management psychometric assessments using validated cognitive profiling tools
- Managed end to end performance and potential assessments through development centers.
