Experience of 8 to 10 Years in the field of Metrics & Reporting, Contract Management and Financial Budgeting.

Expertise in MS Office and experience in working on management tracking tools for reporting
Demonstrate problem solving skills, strong conceptual and analytical skills along-with ability to work as an effective team member.
Lead the creation, support, maintenance and improvement of ongoing operational, managerial, and executive reporting (i.e. weekly resource, project, and financial reporting)
Lead the reporting collaboration with IDC process owners, and other cross functional teams to gather business requirements for metric and reporting needs
Provide contextual understanding of data sources, connectivity, integration, and dependencies
Lead data mining efforts across disparate systems
Manage the work breakdown structure and have a keen understanding of priorities and milestones
Contracts Evaluation and Execution, review of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Consulting Agreements, AMC agreements, Licensing Agreements, Master Agreements
Serve as the point of contact for ensuring timely renewal of contracts with business review and approval of variations during renewal
Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information, contractual changes & status reports for all projects.
As needed, provide guidance on contract matters to project managers or other operational teams, including training to new project managers and other employees in contracting practices and procedures.
Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.
Monitor compliance by company employees with established procedures. Identify areas of recurrent pressure.
Work with Risk Management Department / Finance to coordinate contractual insurance requirements.
Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
Handle on-going issue and change management
Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.)
Oversee Service Level Agreement Compliance
Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal.
Understanding business requirement, preparing business cases and taking approval from management for hiring of consultants.
Monitor vendors performance and ensure compliance as per Service level agreement as per various realization parameters, Tracking Incident status and preparing payment statement
Liaisoning with vendors & procurement and have effective involvement in bridging the gap between business and vendors
Mapping business requirements and preparing AOP and Annual Capital Expenditure statement
Provided expertise in budgeting, forecasting & cost reduction initiatives
Develop management tools to measure and analysis financial and operating information
Monitoring expenses to ensure compliance with budget by performing weekly variance analysis
