3 to 4 Years of OTM Application Knowledge with at least 2 full life cycle implementation experience -5 years of Supply Chain/Logistics domain experience in the area of transportation, logistics and related areas -Prior IT consulting experience of at least 4 years with design specifications and system configuring experience of TMS Product -OTM and Oracle E-Business integration experience or integrating OTM with other exteal systems is preferred -Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills -Excellent project management skills and influence skills related to process design and change management.
Responsibilities: Define the scope of clients technical requirements Work with the project manager to manage delivery of solutions on time and within budget. Assist Project Manager with managing all technical activities for the project. Communicate the progress of the projects Technical activities to the clients using the client defined communication methods. Understand client requirements, resolve issues and define dynamic action plans. Utilize experience and skill to solve a wide range of difficult problems. Work independently to define scope and implement smaller solutions for clients. Perform systems administration activities such as performance tuning, data management, advanced troubleshooting, etc. Understand Oracles TMS Product architecture. Know how to install, implement, configure Oracles TMS Product on the clients hardware. Understand clients process and provide solutions for the technical aspect of the Oracles TMS Product. Create, modify and tune the products agents and workflow. Write custom integration solutions (XSL, Python Integrations, EDI conversions to XML)Understand clients issues, identify the problem and provide a solution. Able to perform performance audits and provide suggestions to improve the performance. Write custom reports using Oracle reports. Troubleshoot and resolve reports issues.
