Job Description

JD:

-5 years of experience in implementing & supporting Oracle HRMS modules 11i & R12 for US clients with 4-5 years of domain Experience

-Functional knowledge of Oracle HRMS spanning releases 12 with expertise in Oracle HR, Payroll, iRecruitment, OTL, OLM, Compensation workbench modules

-Experience in minimum 3-4 R12 implementation, upgrade or support projects Worked with Tier-1 companies or MNCs in the EBS area at least 3 years of experience Worked in US or Europe or any onsite customer locations for minimum of one year on implementation

-Development Upgrade Ability to demonstrate product capability POC to the client Manage client expectations Ability to work with Client, onsite & offshore teams Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills MUST be willing to travel extensively
