The role involves building expert knowledge on Oracle Fusion HCM and Taleo product sets , keeping abreast of latest developments, contributing actively to consulting opportunities and and supporting pre-sales activities and contributing to delivery in a solution lead role.
At least 10 years of experience in HCM Implementation .
Good knowledge and implementation experience on PSFT/ EBS HRMS.
Implementation experience on Fusion HCM/ Taleo.
In-depth product knowledge, to be able to provide solutions on project deliveries.
