Job description :
Experience with Oracle Apps HRMS (Core HR, SSHR & Payroll ) are a strong preference.
Create requirements documents for projects through facilitation with key project stakeholders and sponsors
Develop and execute test plans/scripts and facilitate user acceptance testing process
Ensure application prototypes align with business requirements and user acceptance
Ensure applications are maintained and upgraded in a timely and appropriate manner to protect company investment.
Gather business/user needs in consultation with business managers and end users to help identify business problems and propose solutions
Understand the Systems Development Lifecycle and work within a defined Project Methodology
Work with developers to translate requirements into technical specifications
Create Solution Design documentation to capture specifications, features/functionality, and operational details
Formulate the objectives and define the scope of new business systems
Lead the solution design of new applications and enhancements.
Should be experienced in project management and working across IT disciplines
Define Risk Mitigation Strategies to minimize the impact to a Project by a given risk
Facilitate meetings, including Requirements Gathering Sessions, Solution Design Meetings, and Project Status Meetings
Must be willing to work on International & Domestic projects.
Willing to travel as per project requirement
