1. Lead planning ,budgeting, training & implementation of training program
2. Undertake Induction Programs
3. Conduct Training Need Analysis
4. Design and conduct classroom session and design training courses & materials to meet the training objective of the organization.
5. Responsible for conducting training audits of the outlets & providing the training support as per action planning.
6. Ensure Delivery of all scheduled training programs
7. Refresher training for existing staff
8. Training of employees for new outlet launch
9. Conduct soft skill or behavioral training in discussion with HR and Operations Team
10. Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation.
11. Evaluating training and development programs
12. Orientation sessions for all the new joiners in grouping with HR and Business Operations.
