-Lead planning and implementation of projects
Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements
-Track and follow up with stake holders of all portfolio projects.
-Continuous risk analysis and mitigation management for professional services projects
-Periodically report progress, Risks , issues and mitigation's of all managed projects
-Establish internal and external communication process for projects
-Coordinate with resources within and outside Operations organization to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
-Track change requests, service requests or bugs as needed for project delivery
-Coordinate with Release team, Engineering and Program team for any software patch dependencies
-Manage and track priorities based on business and management feedback.
-Conduct cross-functional project tracking meetings
-Spearhead organization wide decisions that are in best interest of clients, business and project
-Coordinate with different groups to troubleshoot issues that imposes risk on managed project
-Coach, direct, delegate and support colleagues as per situations and needs.
-Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major
-8-10 years of total experience
-Minimum 4 years of project management experience
-Knowledge on Project management tools[MS Project], Office productivity tools is a must
-Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure
-Strong understanding of Financial Services
-Service & IT standards process understanding
-Good analytical skills
-Strong communication skills
-Out of the box thinking
-Preferably IT academic back ground
-Change management process flow understanding
Fundamental knowledge of Networking, Server Infrastructure, DataCenter Infrastructure, J2EE application etc.
-PMP/ITIL foundation Certification will be an added advantage
