Job Description


Leading a team of 15 Technical and operational staff in Luanda
Engage regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction , understand their needs , and provide solutions.
Working in an 'out of hours' capacity, servicing multinational as well as national clients based in angola.
Control manage and order stock as required to serve clients.
To communicate directly with the suppliers and managing Director on technical integration requirements/functionalities on all components of the fleet tracking business.
To exercise strong operational and technical design skills to produce Strong technical Execution .


Candidate must have an IT based qualification,with advaced training critical ul integration into the team.
Major emphasis will be on previous operational leadership and experience working with cutting edge technology and core IT systems knowledge.
Excellent understanding of GSM /GPRS /IT Systems (atleast 5 Years)
Understand logistics company operations
Ability to apply business case development and project justification techniques to varying information technology related questions.
Demonstrated experience and understanding of business requirements and the process of translating them into well - engineered and integrated technical solutions

Intellectually curious

Excellent peer to peer communicator
Portuguese language is big asset
Understand the importance of time constraint projects deployments and hoe it impacts on the performance level of others in their immediate team across all the levels of the business.
