Demonstrated team handling skills in the past,

Should be Operation Manager on papers & good in KRA"s

Candidate Profile:

To ensure achievement of targets / SLAs defined by the Client by effective management of team members.
Should have international BPO experience for Healthcare process & Operation Manager experience on papers & RCM and Denial Management Knowledge.
