Job Description

This is an opening with one of the Topmost ITES -BIG 6 organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for Service Delivery in Master Data Management space.
Project management of data cleansing, enriching & migration related activities
Ensuring SLAs/KPIs are agreed with client and adhered
Strong leadership and motivational skills and experience in managing team of min 40 to 50, including providing career plan & constructive feedbacks
Responsible for delivery excellence in the process.
Responsible as Escalation Point for key service outcomes and issue resolution.
Work to build a strong and credible relationship with the client through working collaboratively with them to understand their issues.
Self-directed and proactive approach to tackling problems, leveraging resources and cross organizational coordination and collaboration
Carry out regular 1:1 discussions and staff meetings with direct reports focused on day to day operations, future vision, project activity and employee and organizational development
Handle all aspects of the performance review process in cooperation with management team
Flexible about work content and timings.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English and Listening skills
Exposure to Supply chain Master Data Management activities Customer, Vendor and Material masters
Project management
Data cleansing & migration
Strong Leadership and motivational skills and experience in managing staff
Good analytical skills, Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
Look out for continuous improvement in the process.
Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and customer service skills
A proven ability to lead a team and the capacity to coach and motivate, showing own initiative in problem analysis and their solution
Proactively shares knowledge and best practices
Continually seeks out ways to improve Client satisfaction
